Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing in Holland, MI is seeking a Stamping Press Operator to run up to 800 Ton secondary presses, deliver quality stampings, and follow JES and ERP instructions.

You will load blanks, perform inspections, document results in Plex, maintain safety, and cross-train across work centers to support plant flow.

This role requires a high school diploma, English proficiency, reliability, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience operating stamping presses preferred.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Demonstrates reliability, honesty, and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate stamping press up to 800 tons and ensure quality per standards.
• Reference production orders in Plex to stamp product per JES.
• Load correct blank steel sheets and prepare quality stampings.
• Perform quality checks and document results in Plex.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and assist with other centers as needed.
• Complete appropriate paperwork and shift logs.
• Meet daily production requirements.
