The HEICO Companies, LLC seeks a skilled CNC Machinist to produce precision components and brazed chassis assemblies for aerospace and defense programs in a fast-paced shop in Raleigh, NC.

You will collaborate with CNC programmers, inspectors, and production staff to set up, prove out, and run multi-axis machines, interpret blueprints, establish offsets, and ensure customer quality requirements are met throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years CNC setup experience.
• Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience.
• Mandatory 4th axis machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Aufgaben

• Set up, prove out, and operate CNC equipment (vertical, horizontal, 5-axis).
• Collaborate with CNC programming, quality inspectors, and production control.
• Troubleshoot tool, offset, and process issues to maintain quality and delivery.
• Load parts into workholding and perform in-process inspections with gauges and surface plates.
• Interpret CMM data and adjust processes to meet part and quality requirements.
