Maynard Inc. is seeking an experienced 5-Axis CNC Machinist to join our on-site precision manufacturing team in Fayetteville, AR. You will set up and run complex aerospace/defense components on 5-axis machines, reading GD&T from blueprints and CAM programs while mentoring junior machinists.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience setting up and operating 5-axis CNC machining centers.
• Simultaneous 5-axis machining experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of CNC processes, tooling, feeds and speeds, and offsets.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, GD&T, and specs.
• Experience with aerospace/defense components preferred.

Aufgaben

• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC mills, including simultaneous 5-axis machining.
• Independently set up tooling, work holding, offsets, and machine adjustments.
• Machine aerospace and defense components to tight tolerances.
• Read drawings/blueprints and GD&T; work from CAM programs.
• Perform in-process and final inspection; ensure quality and process control.
• Identify issues early and implement tooling/offset adjustments.
• Train and mentor junior machinists and apprentices.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area following shop standards.
