Job summary

Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Franklin County seeks a full-time Team Leader to direct 4-H and Agriculture programs, secure grant funding, and supervise staff and volunteers. The role emphasizes program development, partnership building and educational outreach to youth, schools and community partners.

The position offers a comprehensive benefit package and requires a Master’s degree, NYS driver’s license and flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Two years volunteer or related work experience.
• Valid New York State Driver’s License and travel availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management in program development, implementation and strategic direction for 4-H and Agriculture programs.
• Identify, write and administer grants for agriculture and food system programs.
• Supervise staff and volunteers and manage resources within the Association.
