3DE by Junior Achievement in Fort Wayne is seeking a School Director to lead the on-site implementation of the 3DE model at Wayne High School. You will advocate for the model, align stakeholders, and drive day-to-day execution of 3DE programming.

The role requires independent leadership, collaboration with educators and business partners, and a focus on student outcomes, enrollment, retention, and program quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of middle/high school classroom teaching experience; nonprofit program coordination/management acceptable.
• Experience using data to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
• Proven track record of relationship building with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the implementation of the 3DE instructional model within the school, ensuring fidelity and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary advocate for 3DE, aligning with school leadership, staff, students, and families.
• Monitor student engagement and outcomes using data to drive improvements.
• Plan and execute events that deliver high-quality, guaranteed student experiences.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including partner engagement and space planning.
• Build teacher leadership capacity and foster ownership within the 3DE team.
• Represent and promote 3DE within the school and broader community.
• Manage data systems and processes to sustain long-term 3DE operations.
