Job summary

New Horizons Rehabilitation Inc. is seeking an Associate Director to oversee staff across multiple school sites in 16 counties.

This field-based leadership role requires regular travel throughout Southeast Indiana to visit schools, meet Career Coaches and Pre-ETS staff, and foster relationships with partners, students, families, employers, and community organizations. The role emphasizes visibility in communities, strong communication, and organizational skills, with mileage reimbursement

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required - some college preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• One-year supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee employees in schools across 16 counties
• Travel extensively in Southeast Indiana to visit schools
• Meet with Career Coaches and Pre-ETS staff
• Build relationships with school partners, students, families, employers and community organizations
• Mileage reimbursement provided per NHR policy
