Job summary

La Petite Academy in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Center Director to lead daily operations and drive excellence in early childhood education. You will manage staff, ensure licensing standards, and partner with families to support children’s growth in a warm, educational setting.

You’ll implement curriculum, coach teachers, recruit quality staff, and foster a collaborative community that values safety, learning, and family engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.
