Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Director of Middle School Programs in Cleveland, Ohio. The role provides strategic leadership and oversight for all middle school programs, supervising the Middle School Program Manager and the programming team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, social work or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in education in a non-profit setting highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license; Level III Administrator certification from OCCRA (Ohio) or equivalent may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for the middle school program to ensure operational excellence and quality.
• Oversee four core Northeast Ohio middle school programs: afterschool, summer, family and scholar trips.
• Manage scholar recruitment and retention and ensure programs operate at capacity.
• Collaborate with the Chief Program Officer to onboard the programming team and develop staff.
• Lead, plan and coordinate middle school summer camp and pathway programs to college and career.
• Oversee program budgets across multiple programs and ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Ensure effective communication with families, schools, and community partners.
• Maintain annual programming calendars and coordinate transportation and field trips.
• Develop a comprehensive curriculum aligned with Ohio standards and partner with stakeholders.
