Job summary

Rudolph Foods in Beaumont, CA, is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods while supporting quality and operational excellence. This role requires leadership to supervise second shift, manage labor, enforce GMP/OSHA, and coordinate with Production, Quality, Transportation, and Customer Service teams.

Experience in food manufacturing and WMS/ERP is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or lead experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse best practices.
• Food safety knowledge (GMPs) and OSHA requirements.
• Basic computer skills; experience with WMS/ERP systems preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory audits, and proper documentation
• Coordinate product flow to support production schedules and customer deliveries
• Monitor warehouse capacity, layout, and material handling processes for efficiency
• Ensure proper handling and rotation of products following FIFO/FEFO practices
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate warehouse associates to meet performance and safety goals
• Assign work, manage labor schedules, approve timecards, and ensure adequate staffing levels
• Conduct performance feedback, coaching, and corrective action as needed
• Support onboarding and ongoing training for warehouse employees
