Job summary

Perricone Juices in Beaumont, CA is seeking a Forklift Operator Lead for a full-time, third-shift role. You will oversee loading/unloading of fruit, organize yard activities, and coordinate trailer movements to maximize production flow.

Requires 1–2 years in food manufacturing, English fluency, and forklift/pallet jack certifications. A Class A license is preferred; Spanish is a plus. Reports to Shipping & Receiving Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Licensed Class A driver.
• Forklift and Pallet Jack certification.
• Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee yard activities and coordinate resources to maximize production flow.
• Attach fruit trailers to yard dog and drive to grade line.
• Obtain tare weight from split loads and unload trailers with fruit bins.
• Organize products in east lot for identification and production.
• Feed bins/tri-walls to grade line for extraction.
• Load product onto trailers for vendor retrieval.
• Report safety, quality issues, or equipment failures to Supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of bins, tri-walls and loads on site.
• Ensure chemicals are received and handled by trained operators.
• Follow cGMPs and safety practices; comply with OSHA/EPA/FDA/SQF.
