Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and approximately one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job packets accurately.
• Experience with grinding, deburring, metal finishing, and polishing of metal parts.
• Strong attention to detail with in-process inspections to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assembly of metal components and sub-assemblies according to blueprints and specifications.
• Plan and perform large and complex assembly work to meet production schedules.
• Direct and guide other team members with minimal supervision.
• Assist with assigned assembly tasks as priorities change.
• Perform inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure quality.
