Job summary

Le Moyne's Chophouse, located inside The Admiral Hotel in downtown Mobile, is seeking a dependable Steward to join our culinary team. You will wash, sanitize, and store dishes and keep the kitchen clean in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous steward or dishwashing experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils.
• Keep kitchen, dish area, and storage spaces clean and organized.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and basic food prep as needed.
• Remove trash and maintain a safe, sanitary workspace.
• Support the culinary team wherever needed.
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Stand and walk for extended periods
