Job summary

Chick-fil-A Corporate offers a Leadership Development Program (LDP), a 24- to 36-month development track with two rotations: Grand Opening Supervisor and Interim Manager. The program is designed to cultivate restaurant leadership, business acumen, and cross-functional capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates are encouraged to attend Live Informational Sessions to learn more about training, salary, benefits, interview process, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Willing to travel 100% of the time; available weekends.
• Bilingual/Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Interim Manager responsibilities: oversee operations, safety, and staffing.
• Lead Grand Opening Supervisor tasks: support new openings, train staff, manage budgets.
• Contribute to rotations and projects at Support Center as needed.
• Assist in evaluating vendor performance and driving continuous improvement.
