Job summary

HPC-Industrial in Linden, NJ is seeking an LDAR Technician to monitor components on an assigned route within an industrial facility. The role uses a portable analyzer and electronic data recorder, calibrates equipment, and identifies leaks and process leak tags.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Valid TWIC or ability to obtain TWIC.
• Experience in chemical plants or refineries is helpful.
• Willing/able to work extended hours and weekends; physical exertion.

Responsibilities

• Monitor components on an assigned route in an industrial facility.
• Calibrate equipment to ensure optimum analyzer performance.
• Identify leaks and process leak tags.
• Upload daily monitoring activity to the customer database and report emissions.
• Communicate equipment changes with office personnel and plant personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
