Job summary

Providence St Vincent Medical Center seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to perform biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments, develop treatment plans, and advocate for patients and their families. You will collaborate with an Inter/Multi-Disciplinary Team to deliver evidence-informed, person-centered care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

The role supports NASW ethics, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• MSW from CSWE-accredited program
• Oregon LCSW license or license in states where care is delivered
• 2+ years of relevant Social Work experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments and document diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with patient, support system and IDT to implement person-centered care across the care continuum.
• Provide evidence-informed interventions and advocacy while adhering to NASW standards and ethics.
• Serve both inpatient and outpatient populations and promote health equity and access to care.
