Formación

• LCSW licensure in North Dakota.
• Master’s degree or higher in social work or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Perform psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and supports.
• Develop and implement care plans with treatment teams for stabilization.
• Assist with discharge planning and linkage to community resources.
• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling within licensure scope.
• Document assessments and care coordination accurately in the EHR.
• Maintain communication with staff and families to ensure safe transitions.
