Rehab Without Walls® Neuro Rehabilitation in Santa Barbara is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide vital counseling and therapeutic services to patients recovering from traumatic injuries. The role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay of $60.00 - $65.00 per hour, and opportunities for professional growth. Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Current BLS First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' needs.
• Set measurable objectives in conjunction with the rehab team.
• Assist health team members in understanding social and emotional factors.
• Counsel patients and families on coping with health issues.
• Participate in care-coordination activities.
• Guide patients/families in utilizing community resources.
