Rehab Without Walls® Neuro Rehabilitation in San Francisco is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our Home & Community Neurorehabilitation Program. This flexible PRN role allows you to provide impactful care while balancing your schedule.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work and a passion for supporting patients' recovery. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, setting objectives, and coordinating care with health team members.

The position offers competitive hourly pay of USD $60.00 - $70.00 and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year experience in a rehabilitation setting serving individuals with traumatic brain injury or spinal cord injury.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' social and emotional needs.
• Set measurable goals in collaboration with the rehab team.
• Counsel patients and families on coping with emotional responses to illnesses.
