Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in California is seeking an experienced LCSW to provide counseling services that support a patient’s physical, mental, cognitive, and emotional adjustment through recovery.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, set measurable objectives with the rehab team, instruct patients and families, and help connect them with community resources to advance independence. This role offers a flexible schedule, per-hour pay, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) required.
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year experience in a rehabilitation setting serving individuals with brain/spinal injuries.
• BLS First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with patient transfers.
• Willingness to work in home and community-based settings.
