Job summary

Community Options, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Hamilton, NJ. The LCSW applies best practice to screen records, conduct interviews/assessments, set treatment goals, and coordinate services for individuals with developmental needs. Primary location is Rockville, MD.

Starting pay is $75,000 per year. Requires MSW and LCSW with at least two years of experience with children and families; remote work is not indicated. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• MSW required.
• Must be LCSW licensed.
• Minimum two years of experience with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment to youth with mental disorders and related behavioral/emotional disturbances.
• Maintain liaison with area resources and coordinate social service activities.
• Assess and plan for the social needs of youth and families.
• Develop social service programs and resources.
• Advise staff on social aspects of procedures and services.
• Comply with CRMC policies.
• Participate in IDT and ISP development.
• Additional tasks may be assigned.
• Cooperate with licensure and department staff during inspections.
