Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey for a full-time telehealth role.

The position supports clients across the state with daytime hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers a salary range of $115,000 to $120,000 per year. Responsibilities include conducting virtual sessions with adults, teens, couples, and families; reviewing histories; documenting in the EHR; coordinating with other professionals; and ensuring NJ LCSW

Qualifications

• MSW from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in New Jersey.
• Experience providing therapy via telehealth.
• Comfortable using technology for sessions and documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year

The Role

This position is for an LCSW who will work with clients across New Jersey through telehealth. You may be supporting a teen struggling at school, an adult dealing with stress or depression, a couple working through conflict, or a family trying to manage a difficult transition.

What You'll Handle

• Meet with adults, teens, couples, and families through virtual appointments
• Review personal, family, and social history when beginning care
• Help clients work through emotional, relationship, and day-to-day concerns
• Record key clinical information in the EHR
• Recognize when outside resources or additional services may be useful
• Communicate with other professionals involved in the client’s care when appropriate
• Respond to changes in client needs or safety concerns
• Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality
• Practice in accordance with New Jersey LCSW requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in New Jersey.
• Experience providing therapy via telehealth or in outpatient settings.
• Comfortable using technology for sessions and documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Annual salary: $115,000 - $120,000.
• Full-time weekday schedule, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
