Community Options, Inc. is hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Hamilton, NJ to apply best social work practices in a community-based setting. You will screen medical records, conduct interviews, set treatment goals, and coordinate services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

The role requires an MSW with NJ LSW licensure and at least two years of relevant experience. Comprehensive benefits and career growth are offered. Equal opportunity employer.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW).
• Must hold LSW license in New Jersey.
• Minimum two years’ experience with children and families.
• Ability to collect, interpret, and graph data.
• Commitment to community-based support for youth with behavior challenges.
• Background checks and drug testing required.

Mansioni

• Provide treatment to youth with mental disorders and behavioral issues.
• Coordinate social service activities with area resources.
• Assess and plan social needs for youth and families.
• Develop social service programs and resources.
• Advise staff on social aspects of procedures and policies.
• Comply with CRMC policies.
• Participate in IDT and ISP development.
• Cooperate with license and department staff during inspections.
