Ellie Mental Health in Midlothian, VA seeks an experienced LCSW-C Clinical Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, start-up clinic and supervise a team of resident therapists. The role supports an average load of around 18 patients weekly while ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in a supervisor-level role, strong administrative and training skills, and a commitment to long-term growth with a locally based company.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work and Virginia licensure as LCSW with supervisor designation.
• Experience supervising LMSW therapists in a private practice/private clinic setting.
• Ability to supervise and train clinical staff while maintaining compliance with state rules.
• Comfortable managing a high-paced start-up clinic environment with performance expectations.
• Strong organizational skills and knowledge of Virginia mental health practice requirements.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide training for new hires and ensure adherence to clinical and operational policies.
• Manage staff performance including coaching, PIP, and terminations as needed.
• Lead a collaborative office culture focused on growth and inclusion.
• Offer clinic-wide supervision and consultation to therapists and pre-licensed staff.
• Oversee patient care, treatment planning, and documentation per policy.
• Collaborate with owners and corporate staff to improve clinical efficiency.
• Lead clinic outreach and coordinate marketing with the Ellie team.
