Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of about 20–22 clients per week and provide weekly clinical supervision.
• Mentor pre-licensed therapists and grow a supervision team over several months.
• Oversee clinic quality of care, documentation, and productivity.
• Help shape hiring, training, and team development together with ownership.
• Collaborate on clinic growth and community outreach initiatives.
