Ellie Mental Health in Williamsburg, VA is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to join the leadership team at our Williamsburg location. The ideal candidate will supervise residents, oversee 18 clients per week, and provide clinical oversight for LMSW therapists.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with current licensure in Virginia as an LCSW and Board Approved Supervisor.
• Experience providing clinical supervision to LMSW therapists.
• Able to supervise a small team and provide oversight to residents.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the overall performance and management of residents under supervision.
• Provide clinical oversight to therapists and sign off on documentation.
• Lead 1:1 consultations to review productivity, caseload, and clinical notes.
• Coordinate client care with families, schools, and medical staff.
