Salem Clinic is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Consultant to join their team in Keizer, OR. In this role, you will collaborate with primary care providers to connect medical and behavioral health for patients, enhancing their treatment journey.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in Social Work and be a licensed clinical social worker, ideally with at least two years of relevant experience. Benefits include robust retirement plans and supportive team collaborations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work and Licensed Clinical Social Worker required.
• Two years of professional LCSW experience preferred.
• Experience with common mental health and substance abuse disorders.
• Ability to effectively communicate in a team setting.
• Working knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial treatments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with primary care provider and mental health providers.
• Support mental and physical health care of patients.
• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance abuse disorders.
• Provide patient education about treatment options.
• Participate in consultations with mental health consultants.
