Job summary

AWARE is seeking a LCPC/LCSW-eligible clinician to join our Corvallis, MT team. This full-time role provides supervision of clinical programs and coordinates youth-focused treatment planning in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• An advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• At least one year direct work experience.
• Must be licensed or licensable as an LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist, or any other such license recognized in Montana.
• A clinical understanding of youths who are emotionally challenged and have learning differences.
• Ability to assess youth and families from a strengths perspective.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Possible NHSC slot, continuing education credits, clinical supervision, and licensure assistance available.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical program supervision – according to Montana rules and corporate policy.
• Coordinates skill-building activities.
• Collaborates with supervisors, directors, staff physicians, and other professionals to plan and coordinate treatment for youths.
• Monitors, evaluates, and records progress toward treatment goals.

• Collaborates with supervisors, directors, staff physicians, and other pertinent professionals to plan and coordinate treatment, drawing on experience and the needs and strengths of individual youths.
• Monitors, evaluates, and records progress of the person served with respect to treatment goals.
• Participates in treatment team meetings concerning the persons served.
