Job summary

AWARE in Missoula, MT is seeking a Lead Clinical Program Supervisor to oversee clinical programs, supervise staff, and provide individual counseling. Registered clinicians with LCPC/LCSW licenses and a strong background in mental health care are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• MS/MA/PhD in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Current Montana LCPC or LCSW license required.
• 1 year direct clinical work experience.
• Background check and driving record clearance required.
• Montana Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical program supervision per administrative rule and policy.
• Counsel clients one-to-one to address mental health concerns.
• Interview clients, review records, and coordinate with professionals to evaluate conditions.
• Collaborate with supervisors, staff physicians, and other professionals to plan and coordinate treatment.
• Monitor, evaluate, and document client progress toward treatment goals.
• Refer clients or families to community resources and ensure service efficacy.
• Provide clinical assistance to staff and participate in mandatory trainings and meetings.
• Develop crisis plans with caregivers and maintain 24/7 readiness as needed.
• Record data in AWARE’s EMR system and adhere to policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
