Job summary

Coordinated Care Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician/Medical Technologist to join our growing laboratory team. This role performs LC-MS/MS-based toxicology testing and routine chemistry/urinalysis, ensuring accurate results and strict regulatory compliance.

The candidate will handle specimen preparation, data reporting, QA/QC, and communicate results to healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biological Science, Chemistry, or related field required; Bachelor's preferred.
• MLT (ASCP), MT/MLS (ASCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum two years of clinical laboratory experience preferred.
• Experience with LC-MS/MS instrumentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, immunology, microbiology, and urine toxicology.
• Prepare and analyze urine and other biological specimens to identify and quantify drug metabolites.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and perform quality control testing on laboratory equipment.
• Utilize LC-MS/MS to perform testing and data analysis.
• Ensure specimen collection, handling, and documentation throughout testing.
