Job summary

FWG Solutions is seeking a Spares & Repairs Coordinator to support the U.S. Navy LCAC Amphibious Combat Vehicle program. The role coordinates repairs, replacement recommendations, and documentation on-base, with oversight of obsolescence and part status.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in Navy spares/repairs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work onsite five days per week. Active Secret clearance or interim eligibility is required; associate degree in logistics

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with Associate's degree preferred in logistics, supply, or related field.
• Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain interim clearance is required.
• Experience with Navy spares/repairs is preferred.
• Five to seven years of related experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all repairs and provide replacement recommendations.
• Monitor obsolescence and track part status and repair resources.
• Provide OM&S documentation and readiness for DLR/repairable coordination.
• Support documentation for Navy LCAC ACV program on-base.
• Perform tasks with minimal supervision and adapt to new assignments.
• Apply industry policies and practical applications to ensure successful completion.
