Job summary

FWG Solutions is seeking a Crane Operator & Tool Room Coordinator to support the U.S. Navy LCAC program on-base, coordinating forklifts, cranes, carts and tools while maintaining room accountability.

The role requires 5–7 years of related experience, a High School Diploma, Crane/Rigging certification, forklift license and an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain interim clearance. It is an onsite, full-time position with competitive compensation and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Degree required.
• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain an interim clearance.
• Crane/Rigging qualification required.
• Forklift license required.
• 5–7 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of tool control and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and operate forklifts, cranes, carts, and special tools.
• Maintain total room accountability including tool inspection.
• Track calibration and report equipment availability.
• Support GSE operations, tool checkout, inspections, etc.
• Ensure safe material/equipment movement.
• Perform routine work with minimal supervision.
• Adapt to new assignments with general instructions.
• Apply industry policies and practical knowledge to complete tasks.
