This role involves leading the design and execution of bioanalytical assays for mRNA-LNP therapeutics. Candidates should possess a Ph.D. with at least 5 years of industry experience or an M.S. with 8+ years. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience with Ph.D. or 8+ years with M.S.
• Contributions to IND submissions or regulatory responses.
• Experience managing outsourced bioanalytical work.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute bioanalytical strategies for mRNA-based systems.
• Develop RT-qPCR assays for quantifying LNP-delivered mRNA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure assay readiness.
