Job summary

DSA is seeking an LCNC Developer Intermediate to build and sustain LCNC capabilities, configure workflows, interfaces, records, and integrations for modernization and secure mission delivery. The role requires hands-on Appian development and active Secret clearance.

The candidate will work with interfaces, process models, and data objects while adhering to security standards and participating in agile ceremonies. Location includes Fort Dix, NJ with US citizenship requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/SE or related field.
• 6+ years software engineering with 3+ years Appian experience.
• Active Secret clearance; Appian Associate cert & Security+.

• Implement stories, resolve defects, test, and support sprints.

LCNC Developer Intermediate Summary: Develops and sustains LCNC capabilities by configuring workflows, interfaces, records, integrations, business rules, and reusable components that support modernization and secure mission delivery.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems
• 6+ Years of software engineering, including at least 3+ years of hands-on Appian development.
• Appian Associate certification and Comp Tia Security+
• Experience with interfaces, process models, records, rules, integrations, data objects, reusable components, Agile stories, unit testing, peer review, releases, defect resolution, production troubleshooting, and requirements translation.
• Active Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Army or DoD enterprise systems, Appian-first design approaches, data architecture, and long-range modernization planning
• Experience modernizing legacy capabilities in Appian, supporting federal acquisition or contract writing workflows, and using an Appian-first approach across shared IL5/IL6 codebases is highly desired

The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

DSA - Salary Pay Range

$160,000 - $170,000 USD
