Job summary

DSA is seeking an LC/NC Developer to design and sustain LC/NC capabilities by configuring workflows, interfaces, records, integrations, and reusable components for modernization and secure mission delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 4+ years in software engineering with 2+ years of Appian development, Appian Associate certification, and an active Secret clearance. Salary ranges are provided and eligibility for security investigations applies.

LC/NC Developer Summary:

Develop and sustains LCNC capabilities by configuring workflows, interfaces, records, integrations, business rules, and reusable components that support modernization and secure mission delivery.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems
• 4+ Years of software engineering, including at least 2+ years of hands-on Appian development.
• Appian Associate certification and Comp Tia Security+
• Experience with interfaces, process models, records, rules, integrations, data objects, reusable components, Agile stories, unit testing, peer review, releases, defect resolution, production troubleshooting, and requirements translation.
• Active Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Army or DoD enterprise systems, Appian-first design approaches, data architecture, and long-range modernization planning
• Experience modernizing legacy capabilities in Appian, supporting federal acquisition or contract writing workflows, and using an Appian-first approach across shared IL5/IL6 codebases is highly desired

Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

DSA - Salary Pay Range

$135,000 - $145,000 USD
