Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Scientist to join its global pharmaceutical partner in Spring House, PA, focusing on LC-MS bioanalysis and high-throughput peptide assays within the New Discovery Paradigm (NDP) – Peptide program. The Scientist will develop LC-MS methods, perform bioanalytical assays, analyze data, and prepare technical reports to support peptide discovery.

The role offers a long-term contract (12 months, renewable) with a typical 8:00–17:00 schedule, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• Hands-on LC-MS bioanalysis experience.
• Experience with high-throughput in vitro assays.
• Experience developing LC-MS methods for peptide analysis.
• Strong data analysis, documentation, and scientific communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide bioanalytical support for NDP research activities.
• Perform cell permeability and transport assays.
• Conduct LC-MS bioanalysis on small molecules and peptides.
• Develop and optimize LC-MS methods for high-throughput assays.
• Analyze data and prepare technical reports for project teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional scientists to support discovery objectives.
