Job summary

Pharmaron Beijing Co. Ltd. is seeking a Scientist I/II – Bioanalytical Sciences (LC-MS/MS) in Exton, PA, onsite. The role focuses on supporting DMPK and regulated bioanalytical studies, utilizing LC-MS/MS to generate high-quality data for critical research decisions.

You will design studies, perform analyses with HPLC/LC-MS/MS, and maintain GLP-compliant practices while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced CRO setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of bioanalytical testing in a development or GLP laboratory environment.
• 1–3 years of operating HPLC and/or LC-MS/MS instrumentation.
• Strong scientific writing, documentation, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design scientifically sound studies that meet client and internal project objectives.
• Perform sample analysis for DMPK and regulated bioanalytical studies using HPLC and LC-MS/MS.
• Execute bioanalytical assays in accordance with GLP guidelines.
• Review and execute study protocols while ensuring quality standards.
• Author study protocols, technical reports, and scientific summaries.
• Process, analyze, review, and interpret analytical data with accuracy.
• Troubleshoot analytical methods and resolve study-related challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, project management, lab operations, sales, and leadership.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations and client satisfaction.
• Serve as PI or Study Director at Scientist II level when appropriate.
