Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applied/lab sciences or a relevant scientific discipline with direct lab coursework.
• Hands-on LC–MS workflows experience including use of Triple Quadrupole and/or high-resolution MS, and UPLC systems with calibration and data interpretation.
• Knowledge of sample handling/preparation techniques (protein precipitation, SPE, immunocapture) and GLP documentation; experience with LIMS (Watson) is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Follow health, safety, and regulatory standards while performing lab work.
• Design and execute qualitative/quantitative experiments for LC–MS bioanalysis and method validation.
• Prepare, extract, and process samples using protein precipitation, SPE, and immunocapture.
• Operate and optimize LC–MS instrumentation and perform maintenance per SOPs.
• Review and interpret chromatographic and mass spec data; troubleshoot data abnormalities.
• Prepare protocols, summaries, reports, GLP notebook entries, and data packages.
