Job summary

Provide routine office and clerical support of branch operations; assist in providing excellent customer service.*Provide customer service by answering phone calls from customers. *Perform routine computer transactions and process payments. *Take applications for credit from retail dealers and process retail documents. *Apply principles of good cash control, operate zero balance cash drawer, safeguard cash, maintain records and balances. *Process credit and employment verifications and record information obtained. *File documents and maintain files. *Assist Loan Interviewer, Associate Lender, Loan Originator, Assistant Manager and Branch Manager as needed. *Assist in mail and phone solicitations. *Prepare records and reports. *Process ACH and AFT payments via software. *Complete all required paperwork to secure our lien, i.e., title, UCC filing, and mortgage or Deed of Trust filings. Organize all the paperwork in the file folders, add labels and file. *Process all paid loan documents. *Work all uncashed check. *Assist tax customers with the application process and verify the application for completeness. *Obtain all information needed to process a tax return and TAL, if applicable, from the customer. Check for tax refund offset thru the US Treasury hotline and manually pull an OFAC and MLA report. *Process all tax overpayments and document the files. *Process all tax overpayments and document the files.*Ability to operate most standard office equipment. *Ability to be flexible with work schedule. *Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
