Qualifications

• A valid teaching license issued by the Illinois State Board of Education, with the appropriate endorsement(s) for the role

Responsibilities

• Instruct and progress students in assigned classes and maintain discipline as required.
• Create a respectful classroom environment with strong classroom management.
• Collaborate with case managers, counselors, and general education teachers to meet student needs.
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes in line with CPS standards.
• Uphold safety and equity guidelines per CPS policies and IEP requirements
