What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute day-to-day administration of HR processes, including employee data management, benefits administration, and payroll support
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of employee information in HRIS and other HR systems
- Provide specialized support for employees seeking assistance with HR-related questions and issues
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Assist with the offboarding process, including the collection of company property and conducting exit interviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, associate’s degree, or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
- 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, administrative, or a specialized area (such as benefits, talent acquisition, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively assist employees with HR inquiries
- Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and maintain confidentiality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with HRIS systems and troubleshooting user support
- Familiarity with compliance regulations related to HR activities
- Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Experience in conducting audits and preparing documentation for compliance reviews
- Participation in HR initiatives and programs within a Shared Services environment
