Join our Loan Operations team as a Loan Operations Specialist and elevate your career beyond what traditional banks offer! You will prepare loan documents and handle title insurance coverage to protect the bank's interests. This role will be further tailored based on your skills and fit within the department.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Loan Documentation: Prepare loan documents using LaserPro, review attorney-prepared documents, order title work, and flood determinations.
• Closing Process: Coordinate closings, process fundings, and review documentation post-closing for accuracy and compliance.
• Reporting: Maintain loan policy exception reports and prepare monthly documentary stamp tax reports.
• Operations: Assist in developing policies and procedures; book new loans and renewals on core systems.
• Payment and Loan Processing: Process payments, draw requests, property tax payments, loan maintenance, and prepare/release filings. Handle reconciliations.
• Monitoring: Track taxes and insurance, monitor UCC-1 expirations, verify rate changes, and conduct escrow analyses.

Requirements:

• Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with routine changes.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, organized, and a self-starter.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment and knowing when to escalate issues.
• Excellent computer skills, especially with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Physical Demands:

• Sustained sitting and standing.
• Frequent use of PC, typing, and monitoring.
• Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
