Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LBS license required.
• Ability to travel through selected territory.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and developing treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as team supervisor and build strong relationships with clients, families and staff.
• Supervise behavior technicians; conduct weekly hands-on training and monitor programs.
• Develop individualized clinical programs and assess their effectiveness.
