Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to join a growing team in the Philadelphia area. The role involves delivering ABA services in center-based, school, home, and community settings with a focus on data-driven treatment and family collaboration.

The position requires PA licensure, a Master’s degree in a relevant field, and extensive experience with autism. KB, a supportive benefits package, and 1:1 client focus are emphasized.

Formación

• PA Licensed Behavior Specialist.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field (ABA preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Minimum of 1 year conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) with individuals under 21.
• Minimum of 1,000 hours of in-person clinical experience with behavioral challenges or autism.
• Experience delivering ABA services in center-based, home, and community settings.
• Knowledge of PA IBHS regulations for ABA services.
• Ability to meet demanding physical aspects of the job including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide behavior consultation in center, school, home, and community environments.
• Conduct assessments including VB‑MAPP, Essentials for Living, FBA, and FBA-based determinations.
• Create BSPs for children on caseload.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with families.
• Implement data collection and adjust treatment based on data.
