Job summary

Fermilab is seeking an NSCF Construction Coordinator for the LBNF DUNE project who will autonomously oversee all facets of complex construction programs. You will manage installed systems, safety, QA/QC, schedules and costs, and inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with contracts and codes.

Responsibilities include leading TM/CC activities, mentoring junior staff, coordinating with management, and negotiating subcontracts while maintaining safety and quality standards on site in Batavia.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of heavy industrial/commercial experience.
• Experience in construction management and field leadership.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor work across multiple disciplines and mentor other TM/CCs.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage procurement plans and subcontracts.
• Ensure work aligns with contract specs, codes, safety and quality requirements.
