You will work under close supervision of senior engineers, delivering efficient layouts and integrating equipment from multiple sources.

The role requires strong CAD proficiency (AutoCAD/Creo), familiarity with SAP and MS Office, and willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver proper layouts meeting customer specifications.
• Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD/Creo).
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the arrangement and placement of all machines and peripheral support equipment required for a packaging line based on project specifications.
• Layout conveyor routing.
• Develop finished scale drawings showing efficient location for each piece of equipment and necessary working area.
• Integrate customer’s existing equipment, vendor equipment and peripheral equipment into an efficient line.
• Visit customer facilities to observe and measure plant arrangements, existing equipment, utilities, and building restrictions.
• Create 3D production line models, perform laser scans, and process point cloud data for layout development.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Sales, Technical Sales, Project Management, and Site Installation teams as needed.
