Job summary

KHS USA INC in Waukesha, WI is hiring a Product Manager to act as the internal expert for beverage manufacturing processes and to manage technically informed quotations for machine or conversion projects. You will support the sales process with technical expertise and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver complete process solutions.

The role requires 2+ years of engineering or sales experience with process and filling equipment and 3+ years developing quotes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
2+ years’ technical experience with process and filling equipment.
3+ years’ experience in developing quotations for complex capital equipment.
Equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

Reviews RFQs from Sales personnel or customers and analyzes requirements.
Supports and participates in sales calls, presentations and qualification of customers.
May visit customer sites to assess environment and applications.
Serve as subject matter expert for beverage process technology across the sales lifecycle.
Develop complete process solutions including blending, syrup preparation, CIP, utilities integration, and controls.
Collaborates to create technically and financially accurate project estimates.
Keeps product knowledge up to date and shares expertise with other departments.
