Bland Landscaping Company is seeking a Lawncare Production Manager to lead daily operations of the Lawncare Division across commercial properties. You will supervise Lawncare Technicians, schedule workloads, ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and superior service delivery, while maintaining profitability.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in commercial lawncare or turfgrass, strong leadership, IPM knowledge, and a proven ability to develop teams, optimize production, and maintain client

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in commercial lawncare or turfgrass operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with fertilization, weed control, and IPM.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily scheduling and routing of Lawncare Technicians.
• Monitor labor utilization and production rates to meet budgets.
• Coordinate fertilization, weed/pest control, IPM programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety practices.
• Develop training programs for turf management and customer service.
• Manage client relations and service quality.
