Hutson INC. is seeking a Service Technician for Lawn & Garden/Small Ag equipment. You will perform basic diagnostics and repairs, learn through Service EDUCATE programs, and maintain service knowledge of John Deere products.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
• Proficient in basic repairs and maintenance using tools per Technical Manual procedures.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in small equipment repairs.
• Able to operate diagnostic vehicles and equipment; basic computer skills.
• Able to work independently or with a team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic diagnostics and repairs on small agricultural and turf equipment.
• Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs for skills development.
• Maintains knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Keeps vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment in good condition.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and completes required reports.
