The Hutson, Inc. Williamston, MI location is seeking a Technician to perform basic diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance on small agricultural and turf equipment. This role supports the Hutson Service Business Model and offers growth as you learn the trade.

Responsibilities include diagnostics, repairs, maintaining tools and inventory, and completing reports. A high school diploma is required; associates degree preferred, and willingness to participate in ongoing education is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
• Ability to perform basic repairs using manuals and procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics and repairs on small agricultural and turf equipment.
• Participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs.
• Maintain knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Maintain condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment.
• Complete reports and forms for work assignments.
• Account for time and materials on time cards.
• Support management in pursuing corporate policies and goals.
