Job summary

Hutson Inc. is hiring Road and Shop Technicians for agricultural equipment. The role involves performing advanced diagnostics, servicing and maintaining large equipment for customers and dealers. Technicians may work on road and shop sites and will be equipped to handle complex repairs.

The position offers a $20–$40 per hour wage based on technician level, plus a $1,250 tool allowance, uniform allowance, overtime, fuel card, a company vehicle, PTO accrued immediately, and culture events.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems for agricultural and turf equipment.
• Ability to perform basic to advanced repairs using special tools and Technical Manual procedures.
